Festive wreaths

With all the excitement of advent calendars to open each day the art explorers were super charged for more Christmas crafts. We made gorgeous festive wreaths, with all sorts of Christmas accessories to decorate them with - and of course a sprinkle of glitter! If you fancy more Christmas wreaths at home its simple. The one we used in class was made of pre cut strong cardboard but at home a paper plate with the middle cut out works really well. You could try sticking on real small evergreen leaves and small pine cones - just use plenty of pva glue as a glue stick won't work. I can't wait to make some of these with my girls too!
